Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of CameraNest and rentals arranged through the platform. By browsing, requesting a booking, or communicating with a studio through the site, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with all applicable laws. If you use CameraNest on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
- Provide accurate contact information and keep it up to date.
- Use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
- Comply with studio rules, local ordinances, and building policies.
Bookings and payments
All bookings are requests until confirmed. Rates are shown per hour and converted for your convenience; however, the charged amount is determined by the studio’s confirmed rate and applicable taxes/fees at the time of confirmation.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message via the platform.
The studio may apply additional charges for overtime, damages, or agreed add-ons, where permitted.
You are responsible for verifying the booking details (time, date, address, included equipment, and any restrictions) before arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may incur fees as specified by the studio. Refunds (if any) are processed to the original payment method and timing can vary by bank and payment provider.
The timer below shows an example countdown from 48 hours for your reference.
Acceptable conduct
No hazardous materials, excessive noise beyond permitted levels, or unlawful activity. You must follow all studio safety policies, occupancy limits, and equipment handling rules.
- Open flames or pyrotechnics without explicit studio permission and permits.
- Illegal content creation or harassment of staff/others.
- Unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
- Arrive and leave within your booked time to avoid overtime charges.
- Restore the space to the agreed condition (trash, furniture, props).
- Report equipment issues promptly to the studio.
Liability
CameraNest is a platform facilitating rentals and is not responsible for on-site operations. Studios are independently owned/operated and are responsible for their spaces, equipment, staffing, and compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CameraNest’s liability is limited to the amount paid to CameraNest (if any) for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
